On the cliffs circuit…
The property is situated in the district of Plouézec (in the Côtes-d’Armor region), with its population of 3200 and 17 km of shoreline. The coastline is lined by cliffs, with coves, beaches, underwater caves and smugglers’ paths, that we can discover by walking across its “cliffs circuit”.

One’s gaze naturally alights on the other side of the bay of Saint-Brieuc, on Cape Fréhel, the lighthouse of Grand Léjon, etc. –about 50 kilometers of Breton coastline.
At dawn, we can enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the bay of Saint-Brieuc. In late afternoon, you can often see the sandy beaches of Erquy, Pléneuf-Val-André… on the horizon and their beauty enhanced by the setting sun.
From dusk, the property’s outdoor lighting comes into effect, enhancing the sublime atmosphere of this unique setting, with the lights of the bay of Saint-Brieuc far away
At nightfall, the lights of the bay of Saint-Brieuc appear in the distance, along with the flashing lights of several famous lighthouses, their unique light signatures guiding mariners throughout the night.

A much appreciated micro climate…
Thanks to the effects of “the Gulf Stream” sea current, the Paimpol region is renowned for its mild climate at all times of the year. Whether in strong winds, in the rain or in bright sunshine, temperatures are pleasant in summer and winter. It is this ideal climate which explains the growing success of Brittany and more particularly of the Paimpol area.

The Domaine de Minard is ideally located at a crossroads:
– in the immediate vicinity of the GR 34 coastal path which borders all of the Breton coasts
– 600 m walk from the blue pebble beach of Pors Pin
– 2 km from the small marina of Bréhec with its sandy beach, its nautical center, its sailing school, its bars and restaurants
– 2 km from the village of Plouézec with its shops, its new supermarket and its many services (post office, bank, pharmacy, doctors, osteopath, dentist, nurses, physiotherapists, etc.)

There is a bus stop less than 500 m away, serving the town of Plouézec, as well as Paimpol, Saint-Brieuc, etc.
